January I defined and discussed five dream symbols Water, Books, Transportation, The Beach, and Deceased People. What do they mean?
Water: is a symbol of your emotional state
Books: a search for knowledge
Transportation: The way you are making progress in your life
Beach: A need for escape
Deceased people: unfinished business, lack of clarity in thinking, grief, and sometimes a message from beyond.

Couples dream similar dream same night
husband dream
We were trying to get into a place that had a locked gate all around it we could not get in. There was an old couple who told us they were the only ones left but they were taking care of the place.
Wife dream
We were at some place where there were several small groups of people we were there to volunteer. They took us to one group where there was a cabinet with boxes and books the lady left and I said the cabinet was not organized so I organized it. Then we were sitting and talking to the group the lady came back and told us they had other groups but they would have to decide if we were too old to volunteer
Husband interpretation
As I try to get into my inner state of mind I am not ready or not prepared to move on to the next step. I need to make wise decisions.
Wife interpretation
My state of mind has hidden aspects of myself that I need to confront or acknowledge. I need to take more initiative and get involved with the way my life is going. I need to acquire some information or knowledge in a situation before making a decision. I am trying to preserve and protect some aspect of myself. I am unsure I have the wisdom needed to help those who need me.

When I decided to use my cards for this new series of dream analysis I knew I was on the right path. I shuffled to ask for confirmation regarding this dream and I pulled this card!

My dream
I walked into a bookstore not small or big, the shelves went to the ceiling and there was a long counter with an older man standing there. I walked up to him to ask a question and he motioned me to a small room on the left. I was suddenly in the room and there were so many books. One book suddenly began to slip out of the bookcase as if someone was pulling it out. It was on a shelf above me and to the left. All the books including this one were hardcover books. As the book came out I caught it and it suddenly popped open and it was so bright it blinded me. A strong voice came out and said why are you not teaching your son about me? I woke up.
Dream Analysis
As I actively seek higher knowledge and my desire to learn I try to ask for help from a higher wisdom. I want to debar idleness and look into my hidden areas of consciousness. I look at aspects of myself I have neglected or forgotten. I encounter divinity or a higher conscious. My true answer is, I do not embrace my potential.

Books = desire to learn seeking answers
Shelf = aspect of yourself you have forgotten or neglected
Bright light = divinity or higher conscious
